Carlos Marín Rayo in De Duif

Spanish pianist Carlos Marín Rayo, a – among other YPF enthusiasts – much-loved young pianist, took his place behind Youri Egorov’s grand piano on October 2nd.

With passion, Carlos played Beethoven and Schumann. And with a well-filled hall and beautiful light shining in through the windows of De Duif from time to time, it was a delightful afternoon on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam.

The concert was recorded by Synco van Keulen, who videotapes all the concerts in the Young Virtuosi series and also provided the live stream and recordings during the YPF European Piano Competition 2022. Click here for the recording of Carlos Marín Rayo.
