Closing Young Virtuosi series 2024 with Alexandra Kaptein

Last Sunday, December 1, the last concert of the six concerts of the Young Virtuosi series 2024 took place in De Duif. Seated at the recently extensively revised grand piano of Youri Egorov was Alexandra Kaptein. In addition to beautiful playing, she treated the packed hall to an explanation of the works she performed. Very nice to listen to the piano playing with an idea of when and with what thought a work was created.

We are looking forward to 2025 in which the YPF European Piano Competition starts on February 26 and in which, of course, we will organize another series of Young Virtuosi.
