Jacopo Giovannini

Jacopo Giovannini (1997, Italy) starts playing the piano at the age of 4, at 5 wins his first competition with international jury and at 6 he gives his first recital in Palazzo Barberini in Rome.
At eleven he gives his debut with 1st Beethoven’s Concerto in Grand Hall Shostakovich in St. Petersburg with St. Petersburg Philarmony Orchestra under the baton of Anatoly Rybalko. Since then he played in prestigious halls such as Auditorium della Conciliazione and Palazzo Della Cancelleria in Rome, Carnegie Hall in New York, Teatro Flavio Vespasian in Rieti, Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi and Salome degli affreschi in Milano, Ravensburg’s Konzert Haus, Rathaus in Bremen, Tirana Operahouse, Bucharest’s Atheneum etc. Jacopo finishes his studies in Santa Cecilia Conservatory in 2012 with maximum grades.
Since 2016 he studies in Hannover Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hannover in the class of prof. Bernd Goetzke and until 2018 with prof. Olivier Gardon as well. Now he is enrolled as well in Chamber Music studies in Leipzig Hochschule with prof. Boris Kusnezow.
In the season 2019/2021 he plays in festivals all across Europe, in Italy (Bolzano, Trieste, Perugia, Asti), Germany (Hannover, Munich, Bremen, Langernargen, Hamburg), Austria, Albania and Romania.
Also in the season 2019 he plays a short tour with Südwestdeutsche Kammerorchester that brings him, among others, in Ravensburg’s Konzerthaus, Stadttheater in Lindsay and Kleiner Goldener Saal in Augsburg.
