Inspiring afternoon in Muziekhaven

Last Saturday November 20th, Yang Yang Cai and Rik Kuppen were inspired by the masterclass of master pianist Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden in Muziekhaven, Zaandam. Yang Yang Cai played ‘Le Tombeau de Couperin’ by Ravel and Rik Kuppen ‘Visions Fugitives’ by Prokofiev.

“I found it very inspiring to be taught by Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden. He makes me think about the meaning of music”, Yang Yang Cai said afterwards.

Yang Yang Cai incorporates the advice of Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden into her concert on Sunday November 28th in De Duif in Amsterdam where she will play Ravel’s ‘Le Tombeau de Couperin’. Tickets for the concert, which starts at 4:00 PM and lasts about an hour, can be ordered via this link.
